At FITT Gym, our group fitness classes are designed to complement your individual workouts, offering a diverse range of sessions that cater to all fitness levels. Led by qualified instructors, these classes provide structure, motivation, and a sense of community, ensuring you stay engaged and challenged.

Membership Access

All group fitness classes, including Strength & Sweat, Boot Camp, Spin, Step, Yoga, Tabata, Strength, Sweat 45, Masters, and Stretch & Stability, are included with the All Access Class Pass. Please note that the Standard Membership provides unlimited gym access only and does not include group classes.

Booking and Policies

  • Advance Booking: You are encouraged to sign up for classes in advance to ensure your spot. Class sign-up is available two weeks prior to each session.

  • Class Minimum: A minimum of three participants is required for group classes to proceed. If a class is canceled due to low attendance, notice will be given by email no later than one hour before the start time.

  • Child Care: Available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at $5 + tax per child per day. Must be booked in advance. This service is for open gym use only and does not include The BarBelles mom class unless enrolled separately.
